PLANS

Nalepalson International Football Academy is a high-performance academy and training center for professional footballers, located in Los Barrios (Cádiz, Spain), where players can enjoy the perfect environment to develop or improve their professional careers. We offer ongoing development and competency building.

The selected player will be part of the team competing in one of the most challenging football cores in Europe during the regular season with the Real Federación Andaluza de Fútbol (RFAF). The program is designed for players over 16 years old who wish to start their professional career in Europe. The Nalepalson International Football Academy is the ideal place to start or continue professional development.

Here are the details of the program:

  • Training and Club.

  • Games.

  • Optional Academic Program.

  • Season Dates and Schedule.

  • Costs.

Training

  • UEFA Licensed Coaches: The entire training program is led by UEFA coaches, under the supervision of our technical director, who is in daily contact with the head coach of Unión Deportiva Los Barrios, a member of the Spanish Football Federation, and the coach of Mons Calpe SC, a Premier Division Gibraltar League club (first European division) with access to UEFA competitions.

  • Our facilities: The club has a 11v11 stadium with UEFA-approved natural grass, a secondary field with 11-a-side artificial grass, a 7v7 natural grass field, and a 9v9 artificial grass field. Additionally, our center has changing rooms and access to an indoor swimming pool and gym.

  • Nutrition: The Nalepalson International Football Academy understands that not only work on the field makes a professional player. The club has a nutritionist working with our food service who takes care of the athletes' nutritional needs.

  • Individual and Functional Training – The coaching team assesses each player and creates an individualized plan for the season. Players stay on the right track with periodic written evaluations during the season. An important part of the training model is positional training and small group tactics, including training for goalkeepers.

  • Gym: Part of the training package is membership in a local gym. Each player must comply with this part of the regime on their own, designed by the coaching team.

  • Mediterranean Climate: Los Barrios has one of the best climates in Europe. The average temperature is ideal for sports, with a combination of sun, beach, and top-notch football. In addition, Los Barrios is very close to Gibraltar and Marbella.

Games

Competition: Each team in the club will play a full season in the Real Federación Andaluza de Fútbol, an organization affiliated with the Real Federación Española de Fútbol. At each level, the teams will be fighting for promotion to the next level. With these competitive games, every player will test their skills and showcase what they have learned during their training. Most of these games (when played at home) will be streamed, so that family and friends can keep track of their favorite player's progress.

Friendly Matches

There will be friendly matches against the best and most recognized clubs in Spain and also from Gibraltar (UEFA club candidates) during the season. Thus, the players will have the opportunity to showcase their talents and play in memorable matches.

Academic Programs

  • Learning: At the Nalepalson International Football Academy, each player will be in the country on a student visa, even if they choose not to study in an academic program. This program allows the player to continue their academic studies while developing their football skills. The most popular program is Spanish. Learning the local language is an excellent way to complement the learning of football techniques.

  • Schedules: The club staff works directly with the study center to create the best schedule for the players. This allows the players to train as professionals and succeed in the classroom.

Season Dates and Schedule

  • Preseason begins on August 1. The first league game will be in mid-September. Players must make arrangements on their own to arrive no later than August 1.
